We spent all weekend searching for the perfect stroller for our new baby and were overwhelmed by the options. We visited three different competitors of tots on-the-go in the Richmond area and the owner of tots on-the-go was so willing to meet with us on such a short notice without an appointment. Of all the places we visited locally she was such a breath of fresh air, not pushy, had tons of great products without being overwhelming and incredibly informative. She was just such a sweatheart and it was great getting a mom's perspective. When the stroller arrived in just three short days she delivered it to our house, free of charge, and even set it up for us. If you are in the market for any type of non-motorized transportation for your newborn, infant or toddler; look no further than tots on-the-go.  We drove an hour and a half just to visit the cute shop in Richmond, VA and it was well worth the trip.  Ellie was super knowledgeable about all the items in the store and extremely helpful demonstrating product use.  We walked out knowing exactly what we wanted and were reassured we are purchasing the "right" stroller for us.  On top of that, she is nice as can be and was willing to work with your needs.  Thank you for all your help.  Can't wait to stroll around with our little one.
